"I was watching this spiltend episode and I thought Donna and Amy were too hard on Tony he's definitely a much better stylist. I think a salon should be clean and nicely put together and Amy's salon was really in need of repair. I think Amy is jealous and should take his expertise to help better their shop."

Another post from same forum

"I was very impressed with Tony, because he showed genuine emotion and a sincere desire to help those ladies. I love the way he runs his shop, and you can tell that the people in his salon are happy to work there."

From the Television without Pity forums

"Christina did fantastic, and the staff at the Rossi salon dispelled the myth of the New York Attitude. They were so gracious, kind and helpful, even when she was being critiqued. I really think that she enjoyed her week with them, and to get a Tiffany's heart for a parting gift? That's nothing to sneeze at...I'd be REALLY happy if I got that for a gift!! They were good sports about wearing the cowboy hats, and Christina was a good sport for going into that loud alt. rock club. She could have sulked that it was too noisy and the music wasn't to her liking, but she was nice about it. Some of those clients she worked on really had the potential to be difficult, but I think that her smiling, kind-hearted personality served as a calming energy.

I was convinced from the promos that Tony would be a brash, foul-tempered and egotistical kind of guy, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover that he is a very outgoing, affectionate family man. Yeah, he's a bit over the top with his body language and hands when doing hair, but he has a way of developing relationships with his clients that don't put them off."

"I saw the Tony Rossi episode last night and have the following observations:

Tony is a big softee. I have worked with guys like Tony and the biggest thing for them is respect. If you are good to them, they will do anything in the world for you. I really liked Tony.

Tony's wife is a doll. She was very professional and treated Christina very well. The Tiffany gift at the end was very sweet and very thoughtful."
